| Osalita Beaded Knife Sheath |
This exquisite knife sheath is a genuinely useful and collectible item. This sheath is made of genuine brain-tanned deer
hide, which is a Native American technique of tanning that makes leather particularly soft and supple. It is also an expensive
quality that has a nice smoked smell. The Apache-style sheath features some extra dressing, like genuine Mercury-head dimes
converted to buttons. It has aged tin combs in a one inch fringe around the rim. The leather strap is 14" long with 2-1/2"
twisted fringe extending past the rim. The sheath also has a 5-1/2" beaded tail and two twisted leather fringes reaching
a further 5". The sheath features blue, maroon and lemon yellow beads lazy-stitched in angular patterns. This sheath
is 7-1/2" long from knife tip to rim and will fit a knife blade 6-1/2" to 7-1/2". Any longer and you risk punching
through the sheath. The interior of the rim is 1-7/8" wide. Hand-made by a Native American artist and signed "Osalita,"
this knife sheath is absolutely one-of-a-kind - the artist creatively designs as she goes.
SHEATH ONLY! KNIFE NOT INCLUDED!

| Flathead Beaded Eagle Pouch |
This is some of the best seed bead work that we have ever seen! This one comes from the Flathead Native American reservation
of western Montana. This bag is made from soft, genuine buckskin leather and corduroy material. The front of this bag features
some incredible seed bead work. These colorful seed beads have been hand stitched together to form the image of the mighty
eagle soaring to a tree stump with a beautiful northwestern Montana landscape in the background. The original wholesale price
on this one was $850.00! Thankfully, due to some price cuts over the years, we're able to offer this one at a fraction
of the cost. This bag is 11-1/2" by 12-1/2". It has a pair of 7-3/4" buckskin handle straps. This one comes
from the old Apache Turquoise & Case Co. trading post. They used to be one of our main suppliers running out of Phoenix,
Arizona, and after a few decades the owner decided to retire from the business. Richard was lucky and fast enough to buy up
his old stock leaving us with a giant treasure of high quality items.
